Shipping Policy
After placing an order from the website www.chancequartz.ca a confirmation email will be sent to you. The current processing time for shipping out packages is 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped and you got the confirmation email it will include a tracking number. Delivery times depend on the location of where the package is going. Chance Quartz is not liable is address is incorrectly inputted. Additional charges may be applied by shipping company or boarder/custom fees. Chance Quartz is not liable for any custom/ boarder fees.

Damaged/ Lost Shipments
Chance Quartz is not responsible/liable for shipping damages or loss/theft. Claims will be processed through Canada post and the process can be lengthy at times. Please alert chancequartzshop@gmail.com to process a damage/ lost package claim. Please include any information to assist the claim: Photos of all sides of the parcel, damaged items, packaged material, and note on delivery. Claim Payouts are made by Canada Post once they make the decision we will inform you and provide the applicable value amount if claim is won. Canada Post may also contact you. If claim isn't won then Chance Quartz cannot issue a refund.

Pickup
E-transfers is the only payment accepted for pickup orders. Porch pickup is available in Bowmanville. No pickups past 7pm or on holidays.

*Pickup orders usually have a processing time of 1-2 business days and a confirmation email will be sent to you when it is ready to be picked up. Please email Chancequartzshop@gmail.com back with a pickup date we will then provide you the pickup address and confirm timing with you.

**Sometimes same day or on a weekend pickup can be available . If you require same day pickup or weekend pickup please email chancequartzshop@gmail.com ahead of time to check if this is possible.
